When someone accepts an organisation invite, the company no longer stops at “they’re a member.” Their mailbox is checked, a salary pocket is created, they join a team if the invite named one, and three onboarding tasks are waiting.

You can pause that stand-up, skip a step, or retry a failed one. Creating the organisation still skips this for you as the owner.

Invite email now opens the product join page, not a raw API link. After you create an organisation you can invite teammates immediately, or skip. Pending invites show up if someone invited you first.
